The project for the new Villa Quisisana condominium in Stabio was an exemplary exercise in high-tech, low-energy building, architecturally curated by T21 studio under the guidance of System Evergreen AG. Its extensive area, situated atop a hill, was set to offer a blend of elegance and modernity within an exclusive green park.
